Hi there! My name is Laila (pronounced like Lilah) and I am a college student home for the summer! I attend Vanderbilt University and am majoring in Math and Elementary Education, with a minor in Data Science. I have a lot of experience with kids through various different environments: camp counselor, babysitting, teaching, and tutoring. That being said, I would absolutely love to help any kiddos out with homework or take them out to a park to keep them active. I believe in learning through play and exploration, and the importance of teaching kids young how to be kind and respectful human beings. I do my best to always set an example on how to show kindness, patience, and respect to everyone and everything around you. I live in Irving Park neighborhood and have my car for transportation.
