About Laila

I'm passionate about childcare and have eight years of experience caring for children from infants to pre-teens. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and my lifeguarding background has strengthened my focus on safety and quick response in emergencies. I recently graduated with a degree in Equine Science and Management, so I'm very comfortable around animals. Growing up in a large family also gave me hands-on experience with kids of all ages. I was also a cheerleader at the University of Kentucky, which helped me develop strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. I provide patient, reliable care, combining outdoor activities, educational play, and balanced use of technology. I follow household routines closely, communicate clearly with parents, and can assist with school pickups and activities. I enjoy building strong relationships with families and becoming a dependable part of your child's daily life.
