About Laila

Laila was our regular weekly nanny for our toddler son for nearly a year and we highly recommend her to any family looking for a nanny or babysitter. From our very first meeting, we knew immediately that we wanted to hire her. Seeing how naturally comfortable she was with our son and how quickly he took to her made our decision very easy. He was always genuinely excited to see her and play with her, which brought us so much peace of mind. Beyond being an absolute joy to have, Laila is exceptionally reliable. We had complete and total trust in her from day one. She is also deeply thoughtful and consistently went above and beyond to make sure our son was engaged, happy, and well-cared for. Laila did a stellar job handling all the milestones and challenges of the toddler phase. From cruising and crawling to taking those first independent steps, as well as navigating a fussy eater and a difficult napper, she handled everything like a true pro. We will definitely still be using her as a babysitter for date nights in the future. Any family would be lucky to have her!
