About Laila

Protecting and enriching the lives of children is most important to me! I have a college degree and over a year of experience caring for children ages 2-11 that have autism! Being a Registered Behavioral Therapist has ensured that I can confidently care for children of all ages and development levels. My approach is patient and creative. I enjoy playing board games and educational games. I am the oldest sibling of 3 and have many years of experience helping with homework and even (my favorite) school projects! I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates at pickup. I am also willing to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. I am CPR certified for infants, children and adults. Supporting families by providing reliable care and fostering children's growth is important to me. I would be happy to discuss how I can be a positive influence in your child's life!
