About Laicha

Unlocking a student's unique potential is the heart of my teaching philosophy. With seven years of experience, I specialize in building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning in elementary and middle school students. I hold a college degree and am fluent in English, Spanish, and ASL. I tailor my approach by observing how each student interacts with new material, utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make complex concepts manageable. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure our collaborative efforts lead to the best outcomes. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or a school, I focus on creating an engaging, patient environment where students can thrive. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I look forward to helping your child succeed and discovering the joy of learning together.
