Laela began caring for my kids when they were 2 and 4. I needed someone who could be a nanny some days and support me as an assistant others. This dual role was requested prior to Laela accepting the position and clear boundaries were established to ensure she was comfortable with the entirety of the job description. Laela was reliable, punctual, and flexible with my ever changing request of tasks. She cared for the kids, participated in play/activities, and picked up after them. Her skill set in business and marketing were so helpful. She is organized and would complete tasks even when it took some creative problem solving. Communication is strength of Laela’s and she takes pride in her work. My kids adore her and we would all highly recommend Laela!
