About LAELA GRACE

Hi! My name is Laela! I have several years of experience nannying and working with children. I have been a once weekly to full time nanny at various times for various families over the course of the last seven years. My kiddos have ranged from age 2 months old to 5 years old. I still keep in touch with my first two girls and all since then! My philosophy is centered around adapting to your family and your needs to create stability, safety, and fun for your children. I am very big on developmental learning. I enjoy creating and participating in activities like doing crafts, sensory learning, going to the park, walks, and really just having fun with your little ones. I am a responsible, capable, well-rounded individual. I prioritize thorough communication with parents and work well with all ages.
