About Ladrew

I've been working with children for 13 years, and caring for little ones has truly become something I love and take pride in. I have experience with children of all ages, from infants and toddlers to preschoolers and school-age children through 5th grade. I currently work as a Head Infant Teacher, where I care for up to 8 babies at a time. My years of experience have taught me how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, heard, and cared for. I'm patient, nurturing, kind, and attentive, and I always try to create a warm and comfortable environment where children can be themselves and feel secure. I genuinely love watching children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Whether your little one needs a loving caregiver, someone to play and learn with, or simply a safe and dependable person they can feel comfortable with, I'd love the opportunity to help care for your family.
