I have taken care of children with health issues from a club foot to a heart problems. I plan activities that are appropriate for ages and games they will always have fun with. I can be firm when needed. I have also taken care of my father-in-law that has had cancer and needed help with the feeding tube. I have taken kids and adults to doctor's appointments and hospitals. I have plenty of experience and have references. And I can work some weekends also when needed. Ladonnia definitely knows how to communicate with kids. When she took care of my 4-year old and 7-year old, she approached the shy girls with very friendly attitude and kind words and immediately got the little ones’ attention. She managed them to finish the work, have healthy snacks, and play so well. My two kids just love her!
