About Ladonna

Hi, I'm LaDonna. I am a tar-heeled eagle- as I got my child development degree from UNC- Chapel Hill & my masters in education from NCCU. I have built-in patience & operate with integrity. I write poetry, cook, & go to art related events in my spare time. I often design leisure projects (& lesson plans when relevant) influenced by the interests of the child/teen/or student integrated with academic subjects by using my humor & creative background to cultivate children & teens' confidence in themselves & their learning. I've enjoyed working with families for over 12 years. I spent a few of those years as a live-in nanny & the rest of my time as a substitute teacher & live-out nanny & tutor. I operate as a reliable resource for the parents/guardians & a relatable adult who supports a great childhood for the young.
