Hello, my name is Ladina. I have over five years of experience as a professional caregiver, providing compassionate care in both private homes and care facilities. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting clients with a wide range of needs, always treating them with dignity, patience, and respect. My experience includes total bed care, personal care assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, safe transfers, companionship, dementia care, and hospice support. I understand that every individual is unique, and I believe in providing personalized care that helps clients feel comfortable, valued, and independent whenever possible. In addition to my hands-on caregiving experience, I currently work as a Care Manager, where I conduct client assessments, develop care plans, and train caregivers to ensure they provide exceptional, high-quality care.
