About Ladajah

I am a caring, dependable, and dedicated childcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. I currently work as a preschool teacher and am studying Child Development Administration, with plans to graduate in December. My experience and education have given me a strong understanding of child development, early childhood education, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for children. As a mother myself, I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust with their children. I am CPR trained and committed to providing attentive, responsible, and nurturing care. I enjoy creating fun and educational activities such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, board games, music, and age-appropriate learning activities. I believe every child is unique and deserves patience, encouragement, respect, and individual attention. I also understand the importance of routines, structure, and positive guidance.
