About Lachia

Hello! My name is LaChia, and I am a caring, dependable, and patient caregiver with experience supporting children in both childcare and healthcare environments. I truly enjoy working with children and creating a safe, fun, and positive space where they can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. I have volunteer experience at a daycare where I assisted with supervising children, supporting daily routines, helping with activities, encouraging positive behavior, and creating an engaging environment. Through this experience, I learned the importance of patience, communication, and making sure each child feels supported and included. As a nanny/babysitter, I enjoy helping with playtime, educational activities, meal assistance, bedtime routines, homework support, and maintaining a structured but fun environment.
