! I'm LaChazmen, and I have 10 years of experience working with children of various ages, including 5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe and positive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. My experience has taught me how to support each child's individual needs while encouraging independence, communication, learning, and age-appropriate development. I enjoy keeping children engaged through play, creativity, learning activities, and everyday routines. I understand that every child is different, and I believe in meeting them where they are while providing structure, encouragement, and lots of care.
