I recently moved to Nashville and am extremely excited for new and big life opportunities. For the past 12 years I was an owner of a residential housecleaning company where I gained experience in many ways including client care, HR, overseeing cleaning teams, training, and of course cleaning. I actually really enjoy cleaning. I was raised on a farm, so I think hard work ethic was instilled in me from that experience. I'd say I am a well rounded girl with a lot to offer! I'm also a health coach and love all things health and wellness and staying active. I'm in the process of starting my own online coaching business, but am also really interested in working in a gym, for a chiropractor, or something in the holistic wellness field to get my foot in the door for coaching. I absolutely love to cook, so in my free time you'll find me in the kitchen, or making sourdough bread, working out, hanging with friends, involved in church activities, and living live to the fullest!
