About Lacey

We cannot recommend Lacey highly enough. She has been an incredible nanny for our family, and any family would be fortunate to have her. She is exceptionally dependable and trustworthy. We always had complete confidence that our baby was safe, loved, and receiving excellent care. She is kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children, and that showed every day in the way she interacted with our baby. She followed our instructions and daily routines consistently while also using her own initiative to create a positive, engaging environment. We especially appreciated her focus on literacy. She made reading a regular part of each day and was intentional about encouraging language development and a love of books. Beyond providing outstanding childcare, she was proactive, helpful, and always willing to assist with household tasks related to our child, which made a meaningful difference in our daily lives. She was also warm, professional, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to have in our home.
