Lacey is an exceptional caregiver. She is an ideal combination of incredibly sweet and loving, while at the same time very efficient. She provided excellent care for our newborn and was always very gentle and sweet with her. Lacey pays close attention to detail, when it comes to everything from bottle prep to laundry folding. More importantly, she was always very aware of what was going on with our baby. I never had to remind Lacey to do anything. I could just count on her to proactively take care of what needed to be done.
