I have worked in the home health field for 20 years supporting families by providing compassionate care for their loved ones. My experience allows me to assist with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. I am committed to understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I am patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I have some college education, Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
