We hired Lacey to care for our infant twin girls and toddler son. Lacey is a committed and supportive caregiver, who loves children. She is 100% present when she cared for our kids. She supported and respected our values as parents with an open mind. She kept our kids engaged in age appropriate activities. She made it her priority to provide exceptional care to our children and ultimately make our day to day life easier. Lacey never limited her responsibilities to just caring for our children. She is a person who takes initiative, optimizes her time and was able to multitask without taking attention away from our children. Lacey is trustworthy and honest. I never had a reason to doubt her commitment. She is reliable, flexible and upfront about any schedule conflicts. Lacey is a good listener and receives direction with an open mind.
