I am a 32-year-old mom of two preteens with extensive childcare and mental health training. I have a bachelors in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Assumption University and am working towards my masters in mental health counseling. I have worked as an in home career for a child between age 3-7 with autism and co occurring mental health diagnoses. I have also worked in a psychiatric hospital with teens and adults, and a community health setting running activity and therapy groups. These groups included arts and crafts, creative writing, mindfulness, life skills and mental health education. I also operated my own company providing face painting for children's parties and events.
