About Lacey

Hello! I am a 32-year-old female with a bachelor's degree from assumption university in Rehabilitation and Human Services. I was in fact raised by my grandparents and therefore have been volunteering in elder services since I was learning to speak! I've also done an internship at the Attleboro Senior Center during my Associates program. My other experience is working with children and adults with mental health issues, both in community and hospital settings. In those settings I ran therapeutic activity groups including art, writing, mindfulness, and mental health education. I've been drawn to the home care field because I am the mom of two teenagers and have moved to help my own grandmother so that she can remain living independently. Therefore being able to work with others one on one is ideal for my schedule, and I also really enjoy working with other people one on one. I believe in the power of community and that it takes a village to raise any of us, no matter our age!
