Providing ease and comfort to you and your loved ones and my number one priority. Food safety and cleanliness are very important to me and I learned how to up hold those standards during school and my military background. I also became a full time caregiver to my grandparents with limited mobility in high school. During my 8 years of experience I learned medication management, supplemental and essential meal planning, low impact daily fitness activities, and dementia deterring creative and engaging mentally stimulating activities.
