About Kyra

Kyra has been such an important part of our family and our son’s early childhood years. She started with us when our little one was still crawling and has been there through so many major milestones — from learning to walk to successfully potty training by 2.5 years old. Her patience, consistency, and calm approach played a huge role in his growth and development. She creates such a loving, safe, and nurturing environment while also encouraging independence, confidence, and healthy communication skills. One of the things we appreciated most was how exceptionally she handled emotional meltdowns and toddler tantrums. She always remained calm, patient, and emotionally supportive, helping our son learn to express his feelings, ask for help, and communicate his needs through words instead of frustration. Kyra is incredibly proactive and engaged. She regularly planned fun and enriching outings using our family car, including trips to the zoo, LEGOLAND, parks, playgrounds, and Balboa Park museums. She was always looking for new activities and experiences that supported learning, creativity, and socialization. Another thing that truly set her apart was her ability to build a wonderful community for the children. She quickly connected with other kind and like-minded nannies to create play circles and social opportunities, which led to playdates, cookie decorating classes, and so many meaningful experiences for our little one. She also cared for our two dogs and helped maintain a positive, organized, and healthy environment at home, including preparing healthy snacks and helping our child stay active and engaged throughout the day. Kyra truly became like family to us, and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
