Hi, I am Kyra! I recently graduated from a conservatory program with a degree in Musical Theatre. I have always worked with children starting when I was a teenager. Working with kids is always a highlight of my day because they always remind me of the little things to smile about throughout the day! I have babysat many kids consistently from the ages of 2 months to 7-year-olds. I have also cared for a set of twins that were 6 years old. I love the outdoors, so when the weather allows I love getting outside with kids. I also have picking kids up from school or daycare, making them dinner, and putting them down to sleep for the night.

We hired Kyra for a PT nanny role in 9/19. When we hired her, we told her that consistency was really important to us as one of my twins has anxiety and too many changes in child care could derail all of the positive progress she has had. So she needed to be sure she wanted the job before accepting it. She promised me that she would stay with for the school year and signed a contract that she would give me 2 months notice if she did indeed have to leave. 3 weeks into the job (after I had my old PT nanny train her for 2 weeks) she called me and gave me 2 weeks notice. She said the job was more involved than she wanted and needed to focus on her career. I asked her if there were ways to change the job to make her more comfortable or if she could please give me more than two weeks because a nanny search takes a lot of time when you factor in trials, etc., but she said no. I would not recommend her for anything more than a strict babysitting role.
