I'm a Certified Medical Assistant so with me, I'm hoping your kids will learn to grow and learn things on their own while also knowing help is there if needed. The ages I've mainly watched have ranged from 3months-10yrs. (The older ones seem to be trusted to not have a nanny) I'm willing to help with extra side tasks as well like cleaning, cooking (I'll do my best) organizing, or packing and unpacking if needed.
