Hello my name is Kym and my rates start at $20. I am a retired (clinical tech II) that has worked with hip & knee replacement unit at Inova Mount Vernon hospital on (4a). After completing my phlebotomy and EMT classes I worked for George Washington University hospital for 4 years. In my recent years I have been working as a fitness instructor and l taught silver sneakers, aqua fit, and spin classes at LA Fitness in the Maryland area. I enjoy cooking healthy pescetarian and vegetarian meals, I make Veggie rich smoothies for weight gain/loss and energy. I am looking for part-time work whether it's simply for a day or several days a week. I can help build a plan that includes Mental awareness exercises as well as physical range of motion stimulation.
