About Kylie

Hi! My name is Kylie, and I'm currently a nursing student at OU with a passion for working with children. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and am looking for a full-time summer nanny position with availability Monday-Friday. I currently work as a preschool teacher, and last summer I worked as a floating teacher at a daycare, which gave me experience caring for children from newborns through preschool age. Through my experience in childcare I've learned the importance of patience, communication, and creating a safe, supportive environment for children to grow and learn. I also have experience with conscious discipline techniques and believe in handling children with kindness, consistency, and understanding. I love planning fun activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, reading, and creative learning activities that keep kids engaged while helping them develop confidence and independence.
