Kylie currently cares for our two children daily, ages 1 and 4. She also occasionally watches our 7 year old for date nights. Kylie is punctual, reliable, and often available to care outside of the hours she's scheduled for. We feel very lucky that we hired her off this site. Kylie tends to the needs of our children and wants to do her very best, often asking for ideas or suggestions to help the kids have good days and be happy in her care. Kylie follows exactly what we ask her to do, and follows a schedule/routine for our kids. Kylie is also able to attend to the medical needs of our daughter because of her medical background, which has been helpful to manage our daughter's disease. We have complete confidence in her to take care of her and reach out to us if she has any questions or if there is a medical emergency. Kylie is only leaving us for the summer because I have summers off. She would be a great addition to any family looking for care.
