About Kylie

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, determined, and honest I like working with kids because at this age we as humans are most ourselves. I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my people skills to help foster a new generation of minds. I started working with kids when I was about 14 but have been surrounded by kids since long before that. I grew up the middle child of a family with 5 kids and 5 dogs. I grew up teaching younger students theater as well as babysitting. I now currently work at an elementary school for before and after care. In my spare time, I like to do theater, read, watch movies, bake, and meet new people. One thing you should know about me is I will not judge any kid. I have worked with all kinds of children from behavioral issues to extremely guarded children and I treat them all equally while finding ways to specialize my care strategies to their needs. My skills include patience, reasoning, and making things fun.
