About Kylie

I became interested in healthcare and caregiving through my experience as a medical assistant and as an IHSS provider working with older adults. These roles allowed me to gain hands-on experience assisting patients with daily needs, providing comfort, and supporting their overall well-being. My passion for this work grew even stronger as I began caring for my own grandparents, which has been one of the most meaningful experiences in my life. Taking care of them showed me how important compassion, patience, and respect are in caregiving. I treat every client the same way I care for my grandparents, and I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness. I want others to receive the same level of care and attention that I would expect for my own loved ones, and that is what motivates me to continue working as a caregiver in healthcare.
