We hired Kylie to watch our two toddlers for a late night shift. It was last minute and she was very quick in responding and doing a quick video interview. She was amazing and I felt so comfortable leaving my little ones with her. She was early and communicated great. We got home super late and she had the babies asleep and tucked in when we got home. The house was also clean and picked up when we got home. We would absolutely hire her again! That fact that she's a preschool teacher was such a bonus!
