I graduated Virginia Commonwealth University with my Psychology degree in 2018 with the end goal of obtaining my Masters degree to become a Guidance Counselor. While working towards my Bachelors degree I began working with children with special needs and found a passion in seeing each child meet and exceed their goals. I am a current Registered Behavior Technician that works with children on the spectrum and children with behavior that needs to be reduced. Prompting and positive reinforcement is used to help the individuals we work with to develop and build upon skills that will help them to be as independent as possible doing things throughout their lives.
