Hi! My background includes respite care, senior care, behavioral health and job coaching for individuals with developmental, psychiatric and medical needs. Through these roles, I have developed strong clinical judgment, crisis prevention, and ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and families. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with a wide range of diagnoses and needs, including developmental, cognitive, psychiatric, physical, chronic and terminal illnesses. I have experience managing panic attacks, fall risks, seizures, elopement, food allergies and medication administration (QMAP certified). I have also worked with non-verbal communication and AAC devices. I am trained in crisis prevention to remain calm, patient and solution-focused in high-stress situations. I am also proficient in clinical charting, so I can provide notes of our day together. I have been working with individuals with special needs for six years! Pay rate is flexible!
