About Kylie

I have developed strong skills, leadership abilities and a deep commitment to compassionate care. I provided in-home care, assisting with ADLs, housekeeping, errands, companionship and transportation. I also cared for those in hospice care. During the pandemic, I supported 30-50 residents by assisting with ADLs, transfers, meals, charting, companionship and studying individual care plans. I developed strong leadership skills by assigning tasks to caregivers and confidently managing challenging situations. I was trained to respond to elopement risks and frequently worked 16-hour shifts while maintaining high standards of care. I have worked with seniors living with ASD, dementia, psychiatric illnesses, physical disabilities and more. I am a non-smoker. In addition, I have my QMAP (medication administration certification). I am passionate about improving the quality of life for older adults and am committed to delivering safe, compassionate and reliable support.
