About Kylie

Hello! I have professional experience in childcare, pet care, elderly care and disability support. I currently work as a respite care provider for children with disabilities. With 11 years of experience, I have cared for children ages 6 months-17 years. In preschool settings, I led small group activities including sensory play, reading, math and art. I also have potty-training experience. I can transport to/from school, appointments as well as attend events and supervise activities. I've taken care of up to four children at one time. I am a non-smoker with a reliable vehicle and five years of experience safely transporting children. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified and QMAP certified. Additionally, I can provide five references and a resume. I have supported individuals with a wide range of needs, including developmental, psychiatric, physical and cognitive disabilities and nonverbal communication using AAC devices.
