I love supporting kids in ways that keep them curious, engaged and active. I am big on outdoor adventures. Whether it's taking a walk around the neighborhood, or soaking up fresh air in the backyard. Cooking nourishing meals is a passion of mine. Learning and teaching the benefits of every vegetable, fruit, herb, or spice that goes into a meal is fascinating to me.
