My father does not easily warm up to people or enjoy having others around constantly, but he genuinely likes and trusts Kyle because Kyle always treats him with dignity, patience, and respect. He has a wonderful ability to balance attentiveness with quiet presence. Kyle is also an excellent communicator. He consistently provides me with detailed and thoughtful updates about my father, which gives me tremendous peace of mind.
