I personally lost my passion for volleyball in High School and decided not to play in college, but I like to share my favorite drills and skill work with young athletes. My mom is the varsity volleyball coach at St. Johns High School and I have over 5 years experience in travel volleyball. I was on the district champs team 2019-2020 and a captain for 2 years on that team. I also was on a leadership committee at St. Johns High school for 4 years. I touch on mental toughness and how to interact with your teammates in breakable situations.
