About Kyleen

Hi everyone!! My name is Kyleen and I am currently a criminal justice major at Texas State, but have plans to attend law school after college. I love being a sitter because it gives me the opportunity to support children during some of their most important years of growth and learning. I genuinely enjoy being part of their everyday moments and helping them discover new things, encouraging their creativity, and building a relationship based on trust and care. I watch my nieces, which has given me hands-on experience with everything from infant care to school-age routines. I also grew up in a close-knit neighborhood in Utah during high school, where I often helped take care of the younger kids, giving me a wide range of experience with different ages and personalities. I hold a Child Development Certificate from high school, which has given me a solid foundation in early childhood education, age-appropriate activities, and emotional support techniques. I'm also CPR certified.
