About Kylee

I love being a babysitter because it allows me to connect with children and help them learn and grow in a safe and fun environment. In high school, I had an opportunity to run a daycare which gave me hands on experience in managing a group of children, organize activities and ensure their well-being throughout the day. Additionally, taking a child development class helped me understand how children grow emotionally, socially and cognitively. It equipped me with skills like recognizing development milestones and adapting my approach to each individual child's needs. I also live with a child who has autism, an I work closely with him to support his development. This personal experience has helped strengthen my empathy, creativity, understanding and problem solving skills to support him. These combined experiences that I have made me confident and passionate about providing quality care and support for all children under my care.
