With over six years of hands-on experience caring for children from newborn to age six. I specialize in newborn care, including establishing healthy sleep routines, supporting feeding schedules, and creating a calm, structured environment. I have completed Trauma-Informed Care Training and a Parenting Management Training Program (FUD), which allows me to effectively support infants' emotional development and guide parents with confidence. Through both my professional work and personal experience as a mother, I have successfully helped families establish consistent routines by three months, recognize infant cues, and implement effective soothing techniques. I am comfortable supporting both co-sleeping and independent sleep approaches, always adapting to each family's preferences.
