Experience: 10 yrs
I have worked professionally as a nanny, and as a babysitter for many years, and have excellent references. As an experienced child care giver, I understand that this obligation is not only to meet the child's safety, nutritional and hygienic needs but to encourage their emotional, intellectual and social growth, to encourage their individual interests and help them develop their own talents witch establishes confidence with in themselves. I have taught children under the age of four to read. I believe physical exercise to be a necessity and as an artist encourage all the children I care for to find a way to express them selves though one art form or another. I have experience with special needs children. I know CPR. I have an extremely high immune system and am always patient.
Kyleah is absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her highly enough as a childcare provider! She served as the dedicated nanny for our twins for a year, starting when they were just 4.5 months old. So she has been with us from the very beginning of so many important milestones! From day one Kyleah had a natural gift for connecting with our babies (my son fell asleep in her arms right away!) and they have loved her ever since that first day. She created such a warm and nurturing environment in our home and was always so encouraging, happy, and positive with them. She helped our daughter through a really difficult period with severe reflux issues that impacted her breathing at times. The reflux caused my husband and I a lot of stress and anxiety and I am so grateful our daughter had Kyleah by her side during that time. Throughout her time with us Kyleah consistently incorporated books, music, flashcards, and educational and sensory activities into their daily routine and took the kids for walks around the neighborhood and to storytime at the library. It was obvious that she was always thinking about their development and happiness. Kyleah is also incredibly reliable and professional. She was punctual every single day (even early!) and our kids were always so happy to see her when she arrived. They always lit up with excitement! We always knew our children were in safe, capable, and loving hands. As a working mom it's never fun to be away from your babies but Kyleah always stayed in touch with me throughout the day by sending photos, videos, and detailed end of day reports that tracked food, diapers, naps, and activities. The babies always looked like they were having the absolute best time with her! Their smiles showed how much they love her ❤️ We made the difficult decision to transition to daycare for financial reasons and to give the twins more socialization as they grow, so our change in care is in no way a reflection of Kyleah. We are genuinely sad to say goodbye and feel so lucky that our twins had someone so dedicated, warm, and skilled caring for them during such an important time in their lives. We truly could not have done it without her and our kids would not be where they are today without her. We hope to continue to stay in touch with her because she has truly become part of our family and done so much for our babies! 💙🩷 Any family would be so lucky to have Kyleah — she is truly the best!
