Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. With 3 years of college credits in Education and working in a daycare for 2 1/2 years, I specialize in guiding elementary students through English, science, history, and study skills. I assess individual learning styles by actively listening and observing how a student interacts with new material, then tailoring my approach with visual aids, hands-on activities, or practice problems. I keep students engaged by connecting complex concepts to their personal interests and celebrating every small success along the way. I prioritize clear communication to build trust and ensure parents feel informed and involved in the learning process. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill and gains newfound confidence.
