My name is Kyla , and I'm a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic nanny currently based in shiloh, Ohio. I've had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, school-aged kids, and those with special needs and in foster care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, with 4 years of hands-on experience in both childcare and household management. I absolutely love being a nanny. One of my strongest qualities is the bond I build with children; I take time to understand them deeply and create a relationship based on mutual respect. This connection helps them feel safe, supported, and heard. When choosing a family, the most important thing to me is finding one that feels like a team-where we can have a warm, close connection, while still keeping professional boundaries and open communication.
