About Kyla

Hi! I'm Kyla, a reliable, patient, and deeply compassionate caregiver with professional experience supporting children (including those with disabilities), seniors, and pets. Caring for others isn't just something I do-it's genuinely who I am. I previously worked in MMSD (Madison Metropolitan School District) with kiddos with disabilities, where I supported students with a wide range of needs. Through that work, I also had the opportunity to nanny for and provide respite care for many of those same students and families, which gave me a really well-rounded understanding of both classroom support and in-home, one-on-one care. I'm CPR certified, trained in special needs care, and experienced in crisis intervention and safety-focused support. I'm calm under pressure, attentive to individual needs, and always focused on safety, dignity, and comfort. I believe great care is built on trust, clear communication, and meeting each person exactly where they are.
