I have been a nanny for over 18 years, I can't imagine doing anything else. I've cared for well over 100 children and remain close/in touch with most of them. My preference is with infants and toddlers, but okay if they have school age siblings. I will have my 19mo nephew with me most days. I only have 3 seats, so can only take on 2 more children unless a vehicle is provided. I do not function well on super early mornings, so I have chosen to only work 10 a.m. or later.

We found Kyla on Care.com and she is a home run! She quickly became our go to child care provider for our two boys who loved it when she would watch them. Kyla is very experienced and focuses her time caring for, playing with, and developing the children (as opposed to others we've had who just turn on the TV the whole time).
