I have been a nanny for almost 20 years, I can't imagine doing anything else. I've cared for well over 100 children and remain close/in touch with most of them. My preference is with infants and toddlers, but okay if they have school age siblings. I do not function well on super early mornings, so I have chosen to only work 10 a.m.  or later.

We found Kyla on Care.com and she is a home run! She quickly became our go to child care provider for our two boys who loved it when she would watch them. Kyla is very experienced and focuses her time caring for, playing with, and developing the children (as opposed to others we've had who just turn on the TV the whole time). We could not offer a higher recommendation for Kyla!

Kyla was our date night babysitter for years and the kids always had a great time. So when I had to leave town for a week I called on Kyla to nanny. I knew my kids would be in good hands. She did amazing. She took care of my 4 kids at the time and kept up the house while I was gone. She is definitely worth every penny spent. I would absolutely recommend her for any type of child care.

Kyla is the absolute best nanny I know. She has a special connection with kids and they are just drawn to her. Her patience with children is beyond remarkable! She is beyond remarkable and if you have the chance for her to nanny for you YOU BETTER TAKE IT! She is a blessing y'all! She goes above and beyond for children, loves them and treats them like they are hers!

We were initially so happy to find Kyla-we needed full-time care for our toddler for two months, she had a permanent job starting in two months, and she seemed amazing. Unfortunately, less than three days before she was supposed to start (two weeks after she had accepted the job), she sent a short email informing us she'd decided we weren't the "right fit" and her permanent job had offered her an earlier start date, so she would be starting with them on Monday instead. We were shocked that someone who presents herself as a professional nanny would quit without providing any notice (even showing up for a week would have helped) or talking to us about the decision. For two working parents who rely on a full-time nanny, reliability is crucial. We are now having to take time off work indefinitely until we find a replacement, since we had turned away all of our other applicants once Kyla accepted. Given this experience, we would not ever consider hiring Kyla in the future.

We've been hiring Kyla for over two years, on average once every 1-2 weeks. My kids, ages 6,4, and 2 love her and I feel so comfortable leaving them with her. I would highly recommend her! 

Kyla is as close to perfect as we have found when it comes to caregivers for our young children. Caring, competent, good-natured, responsible and extremely trustworthy. I literally trust her as much as I do my own mother, and honestly I don't worry even one bit when she is watching them. I always know they are in the best hands! She is our #1 choice when it comes to having someone watching our kiddos...and she's their favorite, too! The kids have a great time with her. Kyla is also an impeccable organizer and the House is always much neater than when I left. I can't say enough good things about Kyla!

We feel so blessed to have had Kyla as our nanny.  She has provided loving care for our three children over the past several years. Our children consider her part of the family and my husband and I have full confidence in her to take excellent care of the kids in our absence.

We love and adore Kyla!  She has been such a huge blessing to our family! I love that she takes them to do activities and nanny sharing is the greatest because the kids get to make new friends to adventure with!  We highly recommend her to everyone!
