About Kyla

I have 10 + years of experience caring for infants and children of all ages. I am skilled in nonviolent communication and mediation. I have trained and worked part time as a birth and postpartum doula, specializing in wellness for mothers, children's, and families. I enjoy spending time with children outdoors, reading books, singing songs and doing art with them, teaching them cooking skills, and overall supporting their creative imagination in a safe and fun way. I also enjoy organizing, cleaning, and meal prepping/cooking for families. My approach to conflict is gentle and empathetic. I am currently enrolled as a graduate student earning a Master's of Social Work degree. I would love to connect with your family.
