I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I'm in the middle of a cross-country move and preparing my home to be listed for sale. The house is already empty, and I hired Kyla to do a final cleaning so professional photos could be taken the following day. I specifically arranged for my three young children to be out of the house so she could work uninterrupted. We agreed she would arrive at 3:00 PM. Around 2:30 PM, I texted to let her know I was home from work, the kids were gone, and she could come over whenever she was ready. She responded immediately asking if it was okay to bring her 12-year-old child with her. I told her that was fine as long as it didn't interfere with the job. When 3:15 PM came and went, I reached out to ask if she was on her way. By 3:45 PM, with no arrival, I let her know that if she couldn't be there within 15 minutes, not to come at all because I couldn't keep delaying everything. She never showed up. Instead of getting the help I had scheduled and planned around, I spent the entire evening scrambling to clean the house myself while juggling my three kids. My husband also lost the opportunity to mow the lawn before the listing photos because he had to watch the children while I cleaned. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, but communication and reliability are essential when you're running a business. Being left waiting without the service I had scheduled created a great deal of unnecessary stress during an already overwhelming cross-country move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this person.
