About Kyla

I'm Kyla, a mom of 3 girls and postpartum doula trained through Natural Resources San Francisco, currently completing my certification and additional training to become a certified lactation consultant. Childcare has always been my world. Before motherhood, I worked in infant daycare rooms, as a preschool teacher, kids' ski instructor, professional nanny for 5 families over 7 years, and trained as a medical assistant with a pediatric internship. I support families through the very realness of early parenthood with warmth, humor, practical help, and zero judgment. I offer newborn and postpartum support including baby care, feeding support, emotional support, light household help, light meal prep, and helping parents rest, recover, and adjust to life with a new baby. My goal is to help families feel genuinely supported during the messy, beautiful reality of postpartum/newborn life.
