About Kyla

The joy I find in caring for children is immense, and it all started with positive babysitting experiences which lead me into pursuing a career in Elementary Education major. I'm gaining valuable insights into child development during my studies and currently nanny for a family of five, and my love for those kids has solidified my passion for childcare. My approach is patient, calm, and kind as I strive to be friendly and approachable. I believe in open communication, providing verbal updates and regular texts or calls. Enforcing household rules is something I'm very comfortable with as well as enjoy playing outdoors, physical games, and educational games that promote learning. With three years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for more than one child at a time. My skills include cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
