About Kyenaat Naz

Hi! My name is Kyenaat (Kie-Not) and I have a BA in Human Development and a Master's in Emotional & Behavioral Disabilities. I have an extensive experience supporting children, and adults with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities (IDD), Down syndrome, speech delays, autism, and behavioral needs. I've worked in early intervention, school settings, clinics, and in-home care, and I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. I truly believe care should feel safe, patient, and empowering. I focus on building strong, trusting relationships while supporting communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and independence. I'm comfortable working with all ages from newborns to elders and I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs.
